This Privacy Policy explains what information Trueshot Games ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our mobile games, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. It applies to every game we publish on Google Play under the developer name Trueshot Games.
Our games do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts, and we do not sell personal data.
If you have any question about this policy, write to us at trueshotgamesdev@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you play our games, the game and the third-party services built into it may automatically collect the following:
- Device and advertising identifiers — the Google Advertising ID (AAID), the app set ID and similar identifiers generated by your device. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address, at country or city level. We do not request access to your precise (GPS) location.
- App interactions — how you use the game, for example sessions, levels started and completed, and which ads were shown or tapped.
- Crash logs and diagnostics — information about errors, crashes and performance, such as load times, device model, operating system version, language, connection type and timestamps.
- Purchase information — only in games that offer in-app purchases: which item was bought and when. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details.
Why we use it
- To run the game — saving progress on your device, fixing crashes and keeping the game working on different devices.
- Analytics — to understand how players use the game and improve it, for example to find a level that is too difficult.
- Advertising — our games are free and are funded by ads. Ad partners use the data above to show ads, measure them and limit how often you see the same ad.
- Fraud prevention and security — to detect invalid ad traffic and abuse.
Where the law requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for it in a pop-up window before any personalised advertising or third-party analytics starts. Data that is strictly necessary to run the game and fix errors is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Your choices about advertising
- You can refuse or withdraw consent for personalised ads. Where a game includes a privacy or consent option in its settings, you can change your choice there at any time; otherwise contact us and we will explain how to reset it.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device).
- If you refuse personalised ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Our games use software development kits (SDKs) from the companies listed below. Each of them collects data under its own privacy policy. Not every game uses every partner; the exact set depends on the game and can change between versions.

Sharing of information
We share the data described above only with the third-party services listed in this policy and only for the purposes described here. We may also disclose information:
- when required by law, a court order or a request from a public authority;
- to protect our rights, our players or others against fraud, security issues or illegal activity;
- to a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Some of our partners are located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We do not store your data on our own servers. Data is kept by the third-party services listed above for the period set out in their own privacy policies. Game progress is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Your rights and your data
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EEA and the UK can also complain to their local data protection authority.
Our games have no accounts and we do not keep player data on our own servers, so we cannot look up or delete data about a specific player. The data described in this policy is linked to your device identifiers and is held by the third-party services listed above. You can control it yourself:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Data collected under the old ID is no longer linked to your device.
- Refuse or withdraw consent for personalised ads, as described above.
- Uninstall the game to stop all further collection and delete game progress from your device.
- Contact the partner directly to exercise your rights over the data it holds, using the links to their privacy policies above.
If you have a question about your data, write to us at trueshotgamesdev@gmail.com and we will help as far as we can.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in some EU countries), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent between the game and our partners over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with established providers that apply industry-standard protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our games or partners change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, so please check it from time to time.
